Membership is for anyone! not just bird banders.

 

Visitors and walk-ins are welcomed at the meeting.*(see note at bottom of page)

 

The meeting is being held in the Greater Columbus area this Spring. It will be a great opportunity for local bird enthusiasts to meet and talk.  Local bird historians, field biologists, ornithologists, rehabilitators, educators and banders will be on hand to share their experiences. 

 

 

Students are welcomed, Professors are encouraged to bring their ornithology, zoology, etc. classes. Meeting registration is waived for students. Pack a lunch, or register by the deadline for the OBBA provided meal ($12/person) and enjoy the meeting and comradery!

 

 

Space is limited, so register early!

1315 -1400        Aging and sexing by plumage by Dr. David Russell, Miami University

1400 - 1415       Break

1415 – 1600      Aging & sexing workshop (using museum specimens led by various OBBA members with expertise with different groups)
